Junior and primary school services include preparation for the 7+, 8+, 11+, 13+, Common Entrance, ISEB Pre-Test, and UKiset exams. Rates for sessions average from 50 to 80 pounds per hour based on whether the sessions are face to face or online and the qualifications and experience of the tutor. We have a wide range of tutors including fully qualified teachers.

James has been tutoring since he graduated from Oxford University in 2008. His expertise is in 11+ entry and Common Entrance preparation in all the disciplines: English, maths, verbal and non verbal reasoning. He focuses on instilling interest and passion in his students and has had great success in helping students gain places at schools such as St Paul’s School, Winchester College, Latymer Upper School and Dulwich College.
James
James is a tutor and educational consultant. Formerly Senior Master at one of London’s leading independent preparatory schools, James has been Head of Classics and has taught Latin, English, Mandarin Chinese, 11+, ISEB Common Entrance 13+ and humanities at a number of top independent schools. A Mandarin Chinese speaker, he is a published author having written for more than thirty publications including The Times, The Independent and The Guardian and has authored books for the Economist Intelligence Unit and Financial Times Business Information.
Gaby
Gaby is a fully qualified teacher with 20 years extensive experience in primary education. She has developed a wealth of knowledge regarding the British education system through classroom teaching and private tuition for many families from all cultures, backgrounds and abilities. She is a dedicated teacher who appreciates the need of commitment, sensitivity and patience required to work with children. She teaches preparation for the 7+, 8+ and 11+ entrance exams and helps students needing catch up at all primary school levels.
Jeremy
Jeremy is an enthusiastic maths and English teacher currently working at a prestigious independent London preparatory school. With a Masters of Teaching from the University of Melbourne, he has many years experience preparing students to excel at their entrance exams to the top secondary schools in the country including St. Paul’s School, Eton College and Westminster School. He has been privately tutoring students for 10 years and thrives on helping them achieve their full academic and personal potential.
