Rates for sessions average from 50 to 80 pounds per hour based on whether the sessions are face to face or online and the qualifications and experience of the tutor. Bowen has a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, having specialised in maths and economics. He has an exam oriented tutoring approach to secure top grades for his students. His teaching has been described as ‘turbo charging’ what is taught in school, covering more in one lesson than a teacher can in a week.
Anna
Anna has a BA in English Literature from Cambridge University and has been working as a private tutor since 2013. She has tutored students from all different backgrounds, online and in person, specialising in English Literature GCSE, IGCSE, AS & A Level, IB) and French (beginner, intermediate, GCSE) She has had excellent reviews and students tend to stay with her for many years.
Frederick
Frederick is a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE working towards his PhD in physics and chemistry at University of Nottingham after completing two masters degrees at Imperial College. He has a huge amount of experience teaching physics, maths, further maths, biology and chemistry all up to degree level. He believes in the importance of students gaining an intuitive understanding of the topics being covered.
Nicoletta
Nicoletta is a tri-lingual educational consultant and a fully qualified teacher who has worked at a top independent secondary school in London. She teaches Italian and French as well as English as a foreign language to adults and students. She is an expert on the GCSE and A Level exams and works well with students of all ages and abilities.
